The staff was very friendly especially the front desk. The hotel was super clean and my son had a blast in the pool. The location was good and easy to access the hotel. It wasn’t far from a lot of the places we visited. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was super friendly and professional! Location was good for us. We like to spend time at the Old Market sometimes, so we were close to that. A couple of good bar food places within two minutes of the hotel. The lobby/rooms/hallways were really clean. Carpet seemed pretty new...not sure how long the hotel has been there. Bed was comfortable. The thermostat is on the wall rather than on the cooling unit itself.

Fairfield has been the best hotel I have stayed at in Omaha all year. I am down in Omaha every other month and stayed at many downtown hotels. Fairfield has been the best hotel with the nicest staff! Omar at the front desk was wonderful at check-in! He was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The bed was the softest most comfortable bed! I will stay here again!!

Front desk person very helpful, willing to text me if/when a room opened up early to check in. Complementary breakfast in the morning is very Nice feature
